Формы шлит где-то около месяца, трек отслеживался. Пришли через службу Мист Экспресс с сообщением какое отделение удобно для получения. Формы в использовании удобны, правда немного жестковаты при вытягивании свечи, но всё вытянулось цело и не повреждено. Фото сделанных свечей по формам прилагаю. С продавцом не общалась - необходимости не было. Так что посылкой довольна и продавца рекомендую.
