quick shipping, only 12 days to arrive in the Netherlands. i ordered on 8/3, and received on 20/3. items are all in whole and fit with the description. i haven't pumped the balloons up yet, as i ordered them 3 months in advance to make sure I can receive my order in time before the birthday party. thus i cannot tell if the balloons will leak or if they're in good quality. will review later after my party.
